RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your LuminaKnit purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized items, as well as items marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at 15622295258 or 13112200667@sina.cn to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us at: LuminaKnit, B22005, Xinbaijia Clothing City, Jingxi Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will offer a refund instead.
